My training programs are created specifically to fit each athlete’s sport and starting ability level.

 

I take no short cuts when it comes to training, each training session there will be a written well thought out, tangible plan ”a road map on the way to achieving goals”  something to record and take notes in order to measure progress.

2.     Weight Training (Explosive lifts, and Lifting Technique)
